A milestone for our service was something that happend last week, the 500th alimony case was successfully completed. Through an investigation was conclusively demonstrated that the subject lived for more than three years together with a new partner.
The investigation found that they were living together since 2006, there was a common household and of course an affective relationship.
Our client started a lawsuit to stretched his partner alimony to Nil and demanding repayment of the paid three years.
This case costs 21,500 euros (our costs and those of the lawyer), 144,000 euro was saved in future alimony and our client got 54,000 euro back.
